Overview

Over two years at Asahigaoka High School, I built a suite of Flutter apps used by students and teachers across the entire school — reaching over 1,000 concurrent users at peak events. Each app was scoped, designed, and shipped solo, from Figma wireframes to release.

HR対抗 is a tournament management app for inter-class sports competitions. It handles real-time score updates, match schedules, and bracket management across multiple sports. The UI — featuring an anime-style header illustration — was designed to feel energetic and match the excitement of school sports days.

KOKOSAI75 was built for the school's 75th anniversary cultural festival. The app served as the complete event guide: sports day with color-team score tracking, cultural festival with classroom activity listings, stage performances, and panel discussions. Students used it throughout the multi-day event.

MAU is a social app for friend connections, built with a calm editorial aesthetic using the teal and olive palette I later formalized into Kizukai Tech's brand language.
